AQS — A DAY OF GRIND, PATIENCE & PERSEVERANCE!

Today was a challenging trading session. Despite some significant directional trends, the retracements were unusually large, repeatedly testing our patience and triggering stop losses. It was one of those days when even good-looking setups struggled to deliver clean continuation. However, after 12:00 PM, the market became considerably more stable, allowing us to capitalize on better opportunities and finish +$499.50 USD across four MNQ accounts.

The lesson for all AQS students is simple: a strong trend doesn’t necessarily mean an easy trading day. We must learn to distinguish between genuine expansion and unstable price action, respect our stop losses, and avoid forcing trades during difficult conditions. Sometimes the best opportunities arrive later in the session. Patience, adaptability and disciplined execution—not chasing losses—are what build better traders.
