AQS MARKET REVIEW — PATIENCE, STRUCTURE & MARKET REGIMES 22nd October 2026

Dear Students, today’s Nasdaq session offered another valuable lesson in understanding market behavior. We observed sustained downward pressure, interrupted by brief retracements and periods of consolidation. The key learning was how price interacted with market-profile levels, including the overnight low (ONL), and how these levels helped us evaluate the developing market structure. Such conditions remind us that even an apparently clear directional move can reverse unexpectedly.

At Alpha Quant Systems, our focus remains on developing the ability to observe compression, recognize transitions and evaluate directional expansion using market structure, volume profile, Alpha Fusion and our Arrow Signals. These tools help us interpret changing conditions, but no indicator can predict outcomes with certainty. Patience, disciplined execution and continuous learning remain central to our trading education.

Our takeaway: Observe the market, understand the regime, evaluate the risk—and remember that sometimes waiting is the most important decision.
